Instead of writing a review of Sims Medieval, which we all know would be great since it’s a fantastic game, we decided to tell our story in pictures. Meet Lady Rose, the monarch of Rosethornia. Benevolent or mean? She’s not sure yet. But let’s follow along on her journey to find out where it goes and who she ends up being.

Lady Rose Thorn has just arrived in her new kingdom, Rosethornia. Her first orders of the day are to explore her kingdom and learn about her people, but she must also look the part and she spends some time becoming the person her people expect.

- Lady Rose chooses to go a bit dark, while still embracing her femininity with a black and pink royal dress.

- She’s regal and very royal looking and ready to take on the challenge fo running her kingdom.

- Lady Rose tries out her throne room. It will do, for now …

- A bandit in the woods comes upon the royal, not understanding that while Lady Rose in quite the flower - she’s got sharp thorns.

- The bandit is defeated and Lady Rose makes the woods a little bit safer.

- This bully is pleading for mercy, but Lady Rose shows none as she sends her to the stocks.

- To pile further embarassment on this woman, to make sure she won’t forget her place in the future, Lady Rose enjoys throwing an egg at her.

- Lady Rose’s kingdom is not wealthy just yet, so she spoons some gruel in for her fuel. She’s no stranger to hardship and has no issues partaking of the bland meal.

- Lady Rose listens to her vassals, caring about their lives, health and more.

- Time for a diversion. Lady Rose enjoys dancing and listening to music, encouraging her people to do the same.

- Lady Rose accepts the pledges, although a but uncomfortably. She’s still not accustomed to the worship of her people.

- Lady Rose takes some time to assess her borders and neighboring communities. Should she try to take them over or make treaties with them to secure her own borders? She’s still not sure.

- Lady Rose’s castle is beautiful, although simple. She knows someday, she’ll have something more extravagant, but she’s pleased with what she has now.

- Lady Rose rises for another day, dressed in yet another regal gown. She decides today, her hair needs to be up and she should wear her crown, since she’ll be visiting the town.

- The docks with her royal ship. She is pleased with what she sees.

- This unfortunate soul has just been sentenced to death. Lady Rose does not take her obligations lightly, but he intercepted a letter meant for her family and impersonated her cousin. Such con attempts cannot be dealt with lightly, so he is taken off to the pits to die.
