Who knew the videogame industry would turn into such a beauty contest? First, Playboy uses videogame character models in its magazine. Then you've got the Miss Videogame Competition. And now Wired is looking for your nominations for the sexiest gamer geeks - male or female. Look at me playing Wii Sports and tell me you don't want to just go nominate me now.

Last year, Wired News started what promises to be a long-held tradition: the crowning of the 10 sexiest geeks of the year. This year, we're asking for your help choosing the brainy men and women who filled your Google search boxes and fueled your dreams.

Be they programmers, scientists, writers, architects or attorneys, please leave your suggestions in the comment space below. There are no rules for submission. The only guidance we can offer is: you know a sexy geek when you see, nay, experience one. We'll publish the finalists next month along with a space to vote for who you think is the smokingest geek.
