As some of you may have noticed, there hasn't been a lot of up dating lately. The reasons for it were twofold, mainly my PC fried and it took me some time to get another decent one for games, and a very busy holiday season.

But that is all fixed now, and KB will go back to daily updates and game reviews, so keep checking in!

There's been a fan event that has been sorely lacking in our industry. We have Penny Arcade expo which is a great general gaming event and there's Comic-con, which covers a portion of the gaming industry. GenCon also has a side show for gaming, but nothing really focuses on the special needs of the MMO player. A lot of games hold their individual events, but just because a person plays one game doesn't mean they wouldn't like to socialize with others playing other games, right?

I know it's been a heck of a long time since I've personally done any meaningful updates. I was waylayed by another job that took all the time I had in my life, including time I should have spent with my family. Thank goodness that's over and I can breathe again!

So we're in the process (the family and I) of moving to the great state of Texas! All you Texas out there, holla! We're very excited about the move and the opportunities it represents. But this also means I'm going to have time to devote again to my baby, Killer Betties.

The Kingdom of Drakkar(c) is an online multi-player adventure game. Since it is a multi-player type of game, players from around the world can adventure simultaneously in the same fantasy game.

The Kingdom of Drakkar spans over 250,000 hexes of playing area. To give you an idea of how vast Drakkar is, the City of Nork and all its dungeons account for perhaps a quarter of game play area. And there are players who have never exhausted even the Norken dungeons.

These 250,000 hexes cover a wide variety of cultures, dangerous creatures, and terrain. New areas, game items, and quests are constantly being developed, so Drakkar is an ever-changing and ever-expanding world.
