E3 Replaced With 'Entertainment for All Expo'

As if the crowds for E3 weren't already bad enough (I should know as I had to deftly push myself through hordes of people every day I was there) but now the new convention taking its place seems as if it is going to take that crowd and only make it worse by making the convention show open to the public as long as you have $100 to spend.

Unlike E3, the Entertainment for All Expo is, as the name suggests, open to the public (if you have $100, natch). "We've witnessed a growing demand for a consumer-focused interactive entertainment show these last few years - both from consumers and from the industry," said Mary Dolaher, executive VP of IDG World Expo, in the press release. "'E for All Expo' will offer an unprecedented opportunity for people who share a passion for games to try before they buy - and to interact with the people who created them.
