BBC Show to Investigate 360 Hardware Faults

Now this is a news report I can really get behind - Why do the Xbox 360s fail? Many think it is heat related, and if so, what is the heat doing to what? It could be a very eye opening article that could possibly cause quite the ruckus in the gaming community if they find out the exact truth.

When an Xbox 360 dies, most users experience the dreaded ring of death, where the typically green lights near the on button turn terrifying red. Some have managed to fix their machines in rather unconventional ways, but most are forced to pick up the phone and ask Microsoft for aid. For the users that don't receive that help, however, are Microsoft treating them right? Is Xbox 360 screwing over the consumer? Watchdog seems intent on finding out an answer to that.

Microsoft apparently refused an appearance on the show, as well.
